Quality Assurance

To attain the highest level of quality control with our process, we send samples of our powder coating work to our powder manufacturer labs, where they undergo a thorough testing procedure. This testing takes three months to complete, the samples are subjected to 1000 hours of acetic acid salt spray.  This is to determines if there are any imperfections to the powder coated area looking for adhesions, blistering or corrosion to the base metal.

It is important to note that these tests are not an industry requirement, the testing is undertaken to keep our standards and quality at the highest possible level.
